Our stay at Hacienda Valentina was wonderful. The pool was the perfect size, and we enjoyed shopping at the nearby grocery store. The bed was huge and the hot water never ran out. The owners, Louis and his father, made us feel right at home. we highly recommend staying here.
The wifi was a bit unreliable, and the windows in our ground floor room couldn't lock, which made us a bit restless at night. There were also quite a few mosquitoes.

The location of the hotel is a bit secluded, with not many nearby shops or restaurants. However, it offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with updated amenities. the hotel has a stunning pool and gardens, as well as a small cenote and chapel on the property.
Some guests experienced issues with the water supply during their stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The pool and gardens were absolutely beautiful, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were modern and spacious, with a good shower and ample hot water. The shared outdoor kitchen was a great addition, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. The staff was friendly and helpful, even printing some documents for me when I needed them last minute. Communication with the hotel was excellent, with prompt responses before and after my stay.
